Available to let from Wednesday 7th July 2021 for use as a private dwelling in connection with members’ shooting at Bisley.

Building No 1 is newly refurbished accommodation benefiting from a private drive with space for parking and is situated in a convenient location allowing easy access from the main Bisley Camp entrance.

With double glazing throughout, accommodation is laid out on the ground floor and consists of a lounge with kitchen area, one bedroom and a separate shower room with toilet and hand basin. Heating and hot water is provided with a newly installed gas fired central heating system with radiators.

The property has been neutrally redecorated to a high standard including new flooring.

Building No 1 is being offered by tender for lease to NRA members and affiliated organisations on a full repairing and insuring basis for a term of either (a) 7 years less one day; or (b) 21 years less one day. Rent will be reviewed by RPI at each three year anniversary.
