NEW LEASE OFFERED – Anderby Lodge, Bisley Camp

Available to let from 1st December 2020 for use as a private dwelling in connection with members’ shooting at Bisley.

Anderby Lodge is an attractive newly refurbished lodge benefiting from a private surrounding garden with space for parking.

With double glazing throughout, accommodation is laid out on the ground floor and consists of a lounge with separate fitted modern kitchen, two bedrooms and a separate shower room with toilet and hand basin. Heating and hot water is provided with a newly installed gas boiler with radiators.

The property has been neutrally redecorated to a high standard and flooring has been arranged. The new tenant will be able to proceed with selected flooring or amend to their personal specification. The adjacent garage is to be demolished leaving the concrete base for the tenants own use. A 30 sq m aggregate based private drive has also been included in the schedule of works.

The lodge is being offered by tender for lease to NRA members and affiliated organisations on a full repairing and insuring basis for a term of either (a) 7 years less one day; or (b) 21 years less one day. Rent will be reviewed by RPI at each three year anniversary.

The Lodge is now available for viewing; to arrange an appointment please contact Shelly Fletcher at the NRA, on 01483 797777 ext 212. Email shelly.fletcher@nra.org.uk.

Deadline for offers, to be submitted in writing, is 12 noon Friday 9th October 2020.
