NRA Membership Software – Azolve/GoMembership GDPR Policies.
We have successfully used Azolve as the provider of software to support membership, range bookings etc. for over 4 years. There has been concerns recently about some of the wording of the Azolve/GoMembership GDPR Privacy Policy, End User Agreement and Data Protection Policy on the Azolve system. As you will be aware, like all other organisations in the EU, Azolve and the NRA are legally bound to comply with these regulations. Azolve has been chosen by the NRA as it provides an excellent service as a sports membership database provider; they also have state of the art IT infrastructure and back-up procedures.
Azolve are ISO 27001 compliant and protect our database with far more robust data security than it would be possible by the NRA operating alone.. Where Azolve use third parties, they do so only if that third party can match the level of skill, data protection and infrastructure that Azolve themselves provide.
Acceptance of these policies and our documents is a necessary condition to use the Azolve/GoMembership database. Ultimately, the NRA are responsible for your data and we have decided though careful consideration and working closely with Azolve that they are the best business partner to support us in this task. We ask that you support our decision by agreeing to these documents and make continued full use of our core database that is essential to providing you the best service possible.
