    These comprise of various stages with the use of period fire arms. The BWSS is run with the same rules and procedures to ensure safety, as the SASS and other CAS associations. We aim to provide enjoyment and consistency in Cowboy Action Shooting matches.  Members share a common interest in preserving the history of the Old West and competitive shooting.

    Formed recently by a group of keen established shooters, the Staffordshire Phoenix Rifle and Pistol Club is a modern, progressive club that seeks to promote the sport of target shooting in a friendly, relaxed and safe environment.
    The Staffordshire Phoenix Club proposes to provide morning and afternoon shoots on our military ranges at the weekends and, in the summer months, the occasional afternoon/evening shoot.
    Additionally we are also arranging friendly competitions with other clubs on a reciprocal basis and excursions to other shooting venues with sporting shoots, tunnel ranges, intro to stalking and pigeon/clay pigeon shoots for those with the desire to shoot shotguns, and we are open to even more suggestions.

  • Stourport-on-Severn Pistol & Rifle Club

    Location / Ranges

    The Club is located at Bonemill Range on the A451 Minster Road on the outskirts of Stourport-on-Severn in the West Midlands.

    We have 3 Ranges, A & B Range are 100 Yards with a combined 39 Firing Points in a covered shelter and fixed benches, seating, kit tables etc.  A few firing points can be used out to 100 Metres.

    Our C Range is 75 metres and can be used for Air Rifles, Archery and Airsoft.  We also have a wooded area used for Airsoft shooting.

    In addition, we have a 20 Lane Field Target area that can be used for FT / HFT and we use fully approved targets on this area.

    Opening Times

    The Club can be opened 364 Days per year.  We do not open on Christmas Day.

    The Club opens every Wednesday from 0900 and Sunday Mornings from 0930 where all club members can come along to shoot.

    On all other days the Range can be opened by the Club’s approved Range Officers subject to local requirements.

    There are a huge range of disciplines available to shoot at our Range, including, but not limited to, Gallery Rifle and Pistol, Black Powder, T & P disciplines, Speed Steels, Bench Rest – Full Bore, Small Bore and Air Rifle, Field Target, Practical Shotgun, Archery and many more.

  • Warwickshire Armours Rifle & Pistol Club

    We are a friendly, active club shooting 3 to 4 times a month, mainly on MoD ranges. Kingsbury and Whittington in Staffordshire and Sennybridge in Powys.
    Our club members shoot a variety of firearms including Black Powder rifle and pistol, WW1 firearms, small-bore and full-bore rifle and have access to ranges with distances from 25m to 600m and out to, in excess of 1500m at Sennybridge.
    We welcome new and experienced shooters. If you are new to the sport, we will give you all the training and advice that you will require to complete our Probationary Shooter Training Scheme and go on to obtain you Firearms Licence.

    We have a 25 meter indoor range, shop and clubroom – home to the Wednesbury Marksmen Club. Facilities are open to members 7 days a week.

    We shoot many disciplines of shooting and attend many outdoor range dates throughout the year.

  • West Midlands Marksmen

    West Midlands Marksmen was established in 1990 by a small group of dedicated and experienced shooters.

    Some thirty plus years on and we continue to be a small club dedicated to promoting the sport of target shooting in a friendly, relaxed but above all, safe manner.

    Over the years, West Midlands Marksmen have built up a good rapport with both the MoD and NRA and have excellent communication links.  Currently we shoot mainly at Kingsbury MoD range near Tamworth, Staffordshire, usually on Sunday mornings at least once per month.  However, we do have regular Sunday shoots at an alternative range offering 25m to 100m.

    During the summer months we organise several afternoon and evening shoots, usually at Kingsbury.

    Our members shoot a range of firearms including Black Powder, rifles and pistols.
