Clubs in England are reminded that the guidance for events held in an outdoor space allows for a gathering of up to 30 people.  For the avoidance of doubt a Club may have up to 30 members on a MoD range provided that a Covid-19 risk assessment is in place and the booking complies with the NRA Policy published on July 15th available here

Section 5 contains the follow statement that applies to Gatherings

Businesses and venues following COVID-19 Secure guidelines can host larger groups. This is also the case for events in public outdoor spaces that are organised by businesses, charitable or political organisations, and public bodies, provided they take reasonable steps to mitigate the risk of transmission, in line with COVID-19 Secure guidance and including completion of a risk assessment. Any other gathering in a public outdoor space must not be any larger than 30 people, other than where an exception set out in the Regulations applies.
