The NRA working in conjunction with affiliated Clubs has developed a generic risk assessment template for indoor target shooting ranges. The document is intended to provide Club Officials with a framework to develop their own range/premises specific risk assessment. The document is not exhaustive; all ranges are different and may require additional controls to reduce the risk of Covid-19 transmission.  Club Officials are encouraged to involve members in the development of their indoor range risk assessment. When completed the risk assessment should be signed by a Club Official and published before the range re-opens.  Club Officials are reminded that commercial contractors performing work on an indoor range will require a separate Covid-19 risk assessment.

Club Officials should comply with the guidance provided by the Devolved Administrations and check regularly for updates & local restrictions that may apply.
