COVID-19 : Target Shooting from 14th September 2020

Further to their announcement yesterday the Government has confirmed there are no new restrictions on the number of participants for outdoor sports such as target shooting as long as (1) the event is formally organised by a club or organisation; and (2) the relevant governing body has published guidelines on how to participate safely.

The guidance on target shooting on indoor ranges also remain unchanged; operators are obliged to have stringent plans in place to reduce the risk of COVID-19.

Shooters visiting Bisley and NRA Affiliated Clubs should follow the COVID-19 guidelines published by the NRA; these can be found https://nra.org.uk/news-2/

At all times, shooters should comply with COVID-19 secure measures on the ranges, and limit social interaction outside of target shooting.
