Available to let from Friday 7 January 2022 for use as a private dwelling in connection with members’ shooting at Bisley.

This newly refurbished accommodation is situated on Sit Perpetuum Lawn, a central and convenient location on Bisley Camp.

It benefits from 4 single bedrooms, lounge with kitchen area and 2 x WC’s with bath and shower.

Heating and hot water is provided with a newly installed gas fired central heating system with radiators.

The property has been redecorated to a high standard including new flooring and has a separate rear storage room.

This residence is being offered by tender for lease to NRA members and affiliated organisations on a full repairing and insuring basis for a term of either (a) 7 years less one day; or (b) 21 years less one day. Rent will be reviewed by RPI at each three year anniversary.

Name of the premises to be agreed between the successful bidder and the NRA.
