It is with considerable regret that we can advise NRA members that John Chapman, a longtime member of the Manitoba Provincial Rifle Association and the DCRA and good friend of the NRA, passed away peacefully on Sunday 11th March 2018 in the Grace Hospital, Winnipeg.
He was a frequent visitor to Bisley with the DCRA team and will be greatly missed by his many friends.
