I am honoured to have been appointed by the NRA Council as Captain of the GB Match Rifle Team for the Woomera Match against Australia at Bisley during the Imperial Meeting in July 2019. Gary Alexander has agreed to take on the role of Vice-Captain and Ronald Scaglione has agreed to be Team Adjutant.

All those interested in applying for selection for the team should send me a short summary of relevant experience by e-mail to tlk762@aol.com by 30th September and indicate if your preference is to be selected for shooting or as a wind coach.

The full team squad will be announced during November.  I intend to hold a training weekend in early Spring 2019 and training days in May (day before the Combined Clubs Match Rifle Spring Meeting) and in June (day before the LMRA MR Teams Competition) and a match practice in July prior to the start of the  MR competitions. The final team of 16 will be announced during the 2019 Hopton Championship.
