The Three Counties ‘Cobweb-buster’ Open Meeting (CGRA and HWRA) was held at Bisley on Sunday April 15th.

Conditions were reasonable apart from a rainstorm in one detail at 1000 yds.  There were 66 competitors.

The Dean Cup for the overall TR aggregate (Empire match conditions) was won by David Rose (Old Epsomians) with 197-23.

The top under-25 shooter was Jemina Hince (Wellington College) who won the ‘Tyro Cup’ with 191-14.

The FTR aggregate (Coventry Memorial Cup) was won by Ian Scrivens of Barry Shooting Club.

The TR Short-Range aggregate (Baldwin Cup) was won by the organiser of the competition, Ian Ashworth (Dursley) with 100-16 (counting out Keith Pugh)

The TR 900 yards (Royal Artillery Cup) was won by David Rose with 50-4 and the TR 1000 yards (Deerhurst Cup) by Richard Bird (Pumas) with 49-7.

Dursley A won the Baker Cup for the top team of three.
