Young Shooters’ Fund
Introducing the Young Shooters Fund: Empowering the Next Generation of Shooters
We are delighted to announce we are now inviting applications for the Young Shooters Fund (YSF), a dedicated initiative designed to support young individuals aged 18-25 who are passionate about shooting but face financial and resourcing barriers.
The YSF aims to provide vital resources, including the loan of a suitable rifle or spotting scope for sole use, enabling young shooters to continue their journey in competitive shooting.
How it works
The fund is available to young shooters who demonstrate commitment and potential but need financial assistance to continue. Eligible applicants can receive a loan of a suitable rifle or spotting scope to support ongoing participation. In addition to equipment loans, recipients may, at the discretion of the YSF Committee, have the option to purchase the equipment at the end of their support period at a fair market value based on third-party estimates. The goal of the YSF is to ensure that financial barriers do not hinder young shooters from pursuing or continuing their passion for the sport.
