Shooting Resumes at Bisley – Saturday 23^rd May 2020

We welcomed the recently published Government guidance that allows, from today, the re-opening of outdoor sports facilities.

Staff are now finalising plans for a limited re-opening of Bisley ranges, initially weekends only, commencing Saturday 23^rd and Sunday 24^th May 2020 on:-

Rifle Ranges

Electronic targets only, one hour slots, one firer per target

Century Range (100, 300 and 600 yards)

Stickledown Range (900 and 1,000 yards)

Shotgun Ranges

4 layouts – English and Olympic Skeet, DTL, OT

Range bookings can be made from 0900 Tuesday 19^th May.

The safety of our staff and shooters is our prime concern, and the experience of shooting at Bisley will be very different to normal. Detailed instructions, procedures and Risk Assessments will published Monday 18^th May.

Finally a heartfelt plea – please do not try to contact the NRA offices to enquire about shooting at Bisley until Tuesday 19^th May; the lion share of queries will be answered by the documents we will publish on Monday 18^th.

Stay safe – we are looking forward to welcoming shooters back to Bisley, and will be thinking of those who decide to stay at home.
