Hedgehog Hut – New Lease Offered

Hedgehog Hut is available to lease from 1 September 2026 and may be used as a private lodge in connection with members’ shooting at Bisley. This single‑storey property has been finished to a high standard and provides an ideal base for shooting weekends, competitions, and extended stays while at Bisley Camp.

The accommodation is arranged on the ground floor and includes a lounge, a kitchen, two bedrooms (one single and one double), a shower room with toilet. A private veranda extends the living space outdoors, creating the perfect spot to relax after a day on the ranges. The property also benefits from double‑glazed windows and gas‑fired central heating and hot water, ensuring year‑round comfort.

The lease is being offered by tender to NRA members and affiliated clubs for a term of either 7, 14 or 21 years. Rent will be reviewed on every third anniversary of the commencement date, with increases linked to CPIH. A draft of the lease is attached for reference.

Viewings are now available by appointment.

To arrange an appointment, please contact Chloe Giolitto‑Ruff at the NRA on 01483 797777 ext. 211 or email chloe.giolitto‑ruff@nra.org.uk.

The deadline for written offers is 12 noon on Monday 20 July 2026.

Full details and tender packs are available on request from Chloe Giolitto‑Ruff by email, telephone, or post to: NRA, Bisley Camp, Brookwood, Surrey GU24 0PB.
