NEW LEASE OFFERED – SIT PERPETUUM LODGE, Bisley Camp (“as found” or 4 bed refurbished)

 

Sit Perpetuum Lodge, offers accommodation in an excellent location right in the centre of Bisley Camp.

Currently used as a Masonic Temple, accommodation is laid out on the ground floor and consists of a spacious main hall, reception area and ablutions. Hot water is provided via a gas boiler with radiators.

The lodge is being offered by tender for lease to NRA members and affiliated organisations either “as found” or refurbished, both options being a full repairing and insuring lease for a term of either (a) 7 years less one day; or (b) 21 years less one day. Rent will be reviewed by RPI at each three year anniversary.

Available to let “as found” from 1st October 2020.

Available to let refurbished from 1st January 2021

Refurbish works will be presented to a high standard and will include a new gas boiler with new radiator central heating, new double glazed windows, four en-suite bedrooms, new kitchen, three new toilet cubicles, new flooring throughout, internal redecoration and the formation of a designated car park.
