CSR Falling Plates update

Competitions

It is with regret that we will have to place the Historic Class of the ever popular Falling Plates competition in abeyance for 2023.

We have been made aware that Pamphlet 21 stipulates that only 5.56mm ammunition may be used on DIO Falling Plate ranges, a rule that has been in place for some time. This will also prohibit firearms requiring 7.62mm ammunition.

We are actively working to agree a solution to offer an Historic class in 2024, and look forward to welcoming a full CSR cohort to the range for this highly enjoyable shoot.
