Stickledown Lodge is one of the prime private lodges on Bisley Camp and is available to let from 1st January 2020 for use as a private dwelling in connection with members’ shooting at Bisley.

The lodge has an attractive veranda with commanding views across Stickledown range, private gardens and adjacent car parking.

Accommodation is laid out on the ground floor and consists of a lounge with attached kitchen, master en suite bedroom, two further double bedrooms with wash hand basins and showers, separate toilet, gun / storage room and adjoining boiler / laundry room. Central heating with radiators and hot water is provided by a newly installed gas boiler. The lodge benefits from double glazing throughout, and new underfloor and ceiling insulation.

The property is being redecorated and refurbished with new gas central heating, floor and ceiling insulation, and floor coverings. The new tenant will able to specify internal decorations, kitchen appliances and floor coverings.

The lodge is being offered by tender for lease to NRA members and affiliated organisations on a full repairing and insuring basis for a term of either (a) 7 years less one day; or (b) 21 years less one day. Rent will be reviewed by RPI at each three year anniversary.
