With the release today of the “Bisley bible”, six of the seven Volumes of the NRA Handbook 2026  are now available online.

The “Bisley bible” contains Volumes 1-3, covering NRA Policy, Rules of Shooting, and the programme of the Annual Prize Meeting.  These are also available to purchase over the counter in the NRA offices as a physical book in A6 size.
The entire structure of the Handbook, and changes of significance from 2025, are set out in the Foreword to Volume 1.  There are changes to some of the Safety Rules (paragraphs 110 to 126 on pages 60 to 67) and to the definitions of some safety terms (paragraphs 107 and 108 on pages 59 and 60).
If you shoot under NRA Rules and procedures, please update yourself on the latest versions.
