We have today received confirmation from Buckingham Palace that His Majesty King Charles III would be delighted to accept the Patronage of the National Rifle Association as Patron. It is a particular honour to receive such splendid news marking the first anniversary of the Coronation of Their Majesties.

His Majesty King Charles III is the eighth Royal Patron of the Association since 1860, following HRH The Prince Consort (1860-1862), HRH The Prince of Wales (1863-1901), HM King Edward VII (1901-1910), HM King George V (1910-1936), HM King Edward VIII (1936-1937), HM King George VI (1937-1952) and HM Queen Elizabeth II (1952-2022).

Local community welcomed to Bisley Camp

On Monday 9th June, the NRA welcomed over 40 members of the local community for an evening of guided tours around Bisley Camp. Visitors had the opportunity to explore the historic site on foot or by electric buggy, guided by members of the NRA team who shared their knowledge, stories and unique perspectives of Bisley.
