NEW LEASE OFFERED – CLOCK TOWER LODGE, Bisley Camp (2 bed refurbished)

 

 

The Lodge, adjacent to Stickledown range, offers attractive accommodation on Bisley Camp, and is available to let from 1st July 2019 for use as a private dwelling or club accommodation in connection with members’ shooting at Bisley.

The Lodge enjoys a private outlook and attractive gardens; and will be presented to a high standard having undergone substantial refurbishment and redecoration.

Accommodation is laid out on the ground floor and consists of a lounge, modern kitchen, two bedrooms, shower / toilet, and veranda. Heating and hot water by gas boiler.

The property is being extensively refurbished with new radiator central heating, new exterior cladding, new wall and ceiling insulation, some new double glazed windows and floor coverings, refurbished kitchen and shower / toilet. The property has been rewired and redecorated internally and externally.

The lodge is being offered by tender for lease to NRA members and affiliated organisations on a full repairing and insuring basis for a term of either (a) 7 years less one day; or (b) 21 years less one day. Rent will be reviewed by RPI at each three year anniversary.
