Wharncliffe Serviced Caravan Site – PITCHES AVAILABLE

Groundworks begin in January next year and May 2024 will see the completion of the Wharncliffe Site which will offer 28 new serviced pitches. Pitches are available on lease terms up to a maximum of 20 years, with the age of the caravan plus the lease term not exceeding 20 years. Annual rent starts from £2,900 with the first five years’ rent payable in advance, plus a one-off lease premium of £10,000 to fund the development costs.

Caravans can be relocated from other Bisley pitches, purchased through our Approved Caravan Agent or acquired privately. We have appointed Caravantastic as our preferred caravan supplier. They can offer a full range of new caravan holiday homes and have a wide range of pre-owned caravans available from just £12,900.

Following a successful first release, we have 18 pitches available to offer to NRA members and affiliated clubs. These are available to secure now on a first come, first served basis. Full details can be found by clicking the links below.
