Bisley Estate Development Plan 2024-2028 (Consultation Draft)

The NRA’s Bisley estate is extensive and requires considerable funds to both maintain and improve the wide variety of buildings and infrastructure. The trustees, having shared the draft Estate Development Plan with General Council, are keen to seek the views of members of the NRA.

Please note regional range and other development projects are treated separately.

The attached draft Estate Development Plan is divided into two categories, “Ranges” and “Camp”.

Points to note:-

  1. Each category has a schedule of projects and accompanying location plan
  2. It is unlikely we will have sufficient funds to complete all the listed projects so they need to be prioritised
  3. The plan, when confirmed, will provide certainty to caravan owners on un-serviced sites up to 2028
  4. Improving poor working conditions of some NRA staff needs to be addressed
  5. Range projects will focus on providing better facilities for the largest number of shooters, whilst endeavouring to support smaller disciplines such as 300M.
