Available for let from 1st July 2025, White Horse Lodge offers a unique opportunity for attractive and well-located accommodation on Bisley Camp. This versatile space is perfect for use as either a private lodge or club accommodation, in conjunction with shooting activities at Bisley Camp.

The lodge underwent extensive refurbishment in 2018, which included a new clay-tile insulated roof, cavity wall insulation, and a new gas-fired central heating and hot water system. Today, it remains beautifully presented, featuring an inviting veranda and a private garden that leads directly to Club Row and overlooks Exhibition Lawn.

Inside, the property is thoughtfully laid out across a spacious ground floor, offering a large open-plan lounge and an adjoining kitchen with a hob and oven.

In addition to a dedicated gun-cleaning room and storage cellar, the lodge has four bedrooms, each with its own en-suite, equipped with a shower, separate toilet, and washbasin.

Additional features include heating with the added convenience of Nest Control and an integrated alarm system for peace of mind.

Whether you’re seeking an onsite retreat or a functional space for a shooting club, White Horse Lodge provides an ideal setting for both.

The lease will be on a full repairing basis and will be for a term of 7 to 21 years, with rent reviewed by CPIH every three years.
